1. Sr. Construction Manager / Construction Manager
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 14 to 18 years in construction; leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
2. Sr. Project Engineers / Project Engineers / Site Engineers / BBS Engineers
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 7 to 16 years in project execution; strong communication and planning skills.
3. Executive Contracts / Quantity Surveyors
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in post-tender quantity surveying, billing, and variation claims; knowledge of commercial terms.
4. Executive Planning / Planning Engineers
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in resource planning for construction projects; proficiency in MS Project and Primavera.
5. Executive Quality / Quality Engineers
- Qualification: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6 to 11 years in QA/QC for construction projects; familiarity with IMS standards and project quality planning.
6. Executive EOHS / EOHS Officers
- Qualification: Graduate with Diploma in Safety
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in safety management on construction sites; knowledge of IMS standards and safety implementation.
7. Executive Procurement
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management
- Experience: 6 to 8 years in procurement for construction projects; strong procurement management skills.
8. Foreman Mivan / Carpentry Shuttering
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in MIVAN or carpentry shuttering, finishing, and concreting within the construction industry.
