As a Trainee, you will receive a competitive salary package with a gross salary of Rs. 14,900/- per month (CTC) and an in-hand salary of Rs. 13,600/- per month, along with other benefits such as EPF contributions and overtime rates. After 8 months, the salary will increase to Rs. 18,500/- per month.
