Job Details:

• Position: Manager Audit
• Location: Head Office – Ahmedabad

Job Description:

Financial Audits:

• Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Review financial statements, invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

Operational Audits:

• Assess operational processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Evaluate project management practices, procurement procedures, inventory management, and quality control processes.

Compliance Audits:

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor compliance with tax laws, labour laws, environmental regulations, and contractual obligations.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess risks related to financial, operational, and compliance matters.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and strengthen internal controls.

Internal Controls:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

Process Improvement:

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in financial and operational processes.

Vendor Audits:

• Conduct audits of vendors and subcontractors to evaluate performance, quality of work, adherence to contractual terms, and compliance with company policies.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive audit documentation and prepare detailed audit reports for management review.
• Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.

Training and Awareness:

• Provide training and guidance to employees on audit-related matters, compliance requirements, and best practices to promote a culture of accountability and compliance.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, accounting standards, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development activities.
