Skylark Infra Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a candidate with experience in building projects to join our team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, with 5 years specifically in on-site project management.
• Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably with exposure to building construction projects.
• Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel on-site.
• Collaborate with the project manager to resolve technical challenges and optimize construction processes.
• Keep detailed records of site activities, including daily reports, materials usage, and manpower allocation.
