TATA Advanced Systems Hiring 2024

1. Supplier Quality Lead

• Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech with 8-12 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace Industry.
• Responsibilities: Oversee supplier quality management, Aerostructure assembly processes, and end-to-end quality gate handling. Proficiency in FAIR, APQP, Process Excellence, and AS9100 internal quality audit required. Aerostructure experience is mandatory.

2. NDT Inspector

• Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech/BE with 4-7 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace Industry.
• Responsibilities: Conduct NDT of Aerostructure Assembly at manufacturing or Aircraft Maintenance levels. Certification in ET level 2 NAS410/EN4179, UT level-2 NAS410/EN4179, and PT level 2 NAS410/EN4179 is necessary.

3. Quality Inspector – Mechanical

• Qualifications: AME/Diploma/B.Tech with 5-8 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace Industry.
• Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in Manufacturing/Maintenance process inspection, including drilling, riveting, and special processes. Proficiency in quality standards and processes required.

4. Quality Inspector – Electrical

• Qualifications: AME/Diploma/B.Tech with 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Aerospace Industry.
• Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with AS9100 Requirements, AS9102 FAI, Assembly Drawing, and Electrical, Avionics Equipment Installation and Functional Check. Experience in electrical processes such as stripping, crimping, soldering, and special processes is essential.

5. Manufacturing Engineering – Avionics Lead

• Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech with 10-12 years of relevant experience in Aerospace.
• Responsibilities: Solid knowledge of aircraft/helicopter systems, with a focus on commercial aircraft avionics. Experience in reviewing and understanding drawings, BOM creation, and work instructions development required.

6. Manufacturing Engineering – MRB Systems

• Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Aerospace.
• Responsibilities: Solid knowledge of aircraft/helicopter systems, particularly power plant, flight controls, and associated systems. Proficiency in reviewing drawings, BOM creation, and work instructions development essential.
