Job Description:

1. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of highway projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
3. Manage and monitor project budgets, conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for senior management.
4. Serve as the primary contact for clients, government bodies, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
5. Ensure all projects meet or exceed safety, quality, and environmental standards.
6. Conduct regular audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
7. Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
8. Efficiently allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) across multiple highway projects.
9. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and complies with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirement:

• Must have exposure to Greenfield expressway projects.
