Job Details:
- Position: Apprenticeship Training
- Qualification: ITI passed Male & Female in Fitter, Electrician, and Machinist trades with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
- Qualification Status: Only ITI Pass Out Candidates (after 2015).
- Age: Born between 1st October 1994 and 1st October 2006 (both dates included).
- Apprenticeship Contract: Candidates who have already completed or are continuing their Apprenticeship with other organizations will not be eligible.
- Institute Type: Government or Private ITI institutes.
- Domicile: Resident of West Bengal.
Important Remarks:
- Training Duration: Trainees will undergo job plant training for 1 year under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, and its latest amendments at various sections of Tata Steel Bearing Division.
- Stipend: During the training period, candidates will receive a stipend of: Establishment share: ₹6,500 per month & Government share: ₹1,500 per month (as per the Apprenticeship Act).
- Registration: Candidates must register themselves on the Apprenticeship Portal in NAPS.
- Assessment: Upon successful completion of one year, candidates will be assessed through written tests and interviews. Based on performance, they will receive an Apprenticeship Completion Certificate from Tata Steel.
- Accommodation: Candidates need to arrange their own accommodation; no hostel facility will be provided.

Selection Process: Steps
- Written Test followed by Document Scrutiny and Medical Test.
- Candidates will be informed via registered e-mail about the dates and venues of the written test.
- The written test will be conducted at designated centers through an online platform. Candidates are advised to bring their own mobile/tablet/laptop and ensure proper net connectivity to take the written test.
